NETWORK OPERATIONS Eagle's network operation, a single point of contact for customers, is a 24-hour monitoring center located in Illinois at the operator service center. This gives our customers access to trained operators at any time of the day. BASIC INBOUND BUSINESS LINE The Basic Inbound Business Line is directly connected to phones or modems within the office environment. To prevent a customer from encountering a busy signal when calling into your modem pool, your business line can be configured with a "Line Hunt" feature. "Line Hunt" will pass the call rapidly through a series of designated lines until it finds a free line. CO-LOCATION Eagle has designed all of its central offices with ample space for its customers to co-locate within a few feet from class 4/5 switches, thus eliminating costly local loop charges and adding additional reliability of being at the site. Depending on the market, co-location rack rentals vary from $200 - $400 per month.
